I actually have some Just For Men in my bathroom. However, I read the directions. I have to wear thin plastic gloves so I don't burn my hands. Then, I have to mix these two chemicals together and apply it to my beard, being careful that I don't get in on my skin. Then it has to soak in my beard for 20 minutes, then I rinse it off. I have to do this every couple weeks as my beard grows. Frankly, I'm to lazy for all of that work.

I have no tattoos (Safe=wimp!) but I do have my ears pierced..right ear 4 piercings and 2 in the left.
I am proud to say I NO LONGER OWN ANY DRESSES, PANTYHOSE, OR SENSIBLE SERVICE SHOES!!!! Hehehehehe and I'd burn my bras if going without didn't hurt so much...sigh

You might be a JW if... you own six suits of dress clothes although you work as a janitor.
I didn't change my everyday style much after I left. Grew a beard, but I had always worn bluejeans during my non-JW activities, so nothing much changed. I went through a bigger change of wardrobe when I joined the hi-tech crowd, especially when I made this move to big D. I now actually own a couple of pairs of slacks, and have more Dokkers than Levis. Got my ear pierced about three years ago (left side only), and wore an earring in it constantly for a couple of years, but that has fizzled out now, too... dress code at work forbids it (yes, it's silly, but at this salary, you don't make noise over stuff like that).

Man, I just have to jump in here!! This is great. I never did dress conservatively at least since about 1994. That is when I started to build some self-esteem and get back into feeling good about myself.
I'll never forget after the ex left me, the elders called me into the back room and said since I no longer had a husband they would act in his place. I was like "What"? I had seen one of the elder's wives elbowing her husband that day at the meeting looking at me and laughing. I didn't know what in the world was going on. It seems she had a problem with my sweater being to low. They counseled me on suggestive clothing and drawing improper attention to myself. What ever. I went out and bought a spandex black shirt really low cut and started wearing it with my jeans!! Made me feel lot's better.

Get your butt up here. I have been kicking the tatoo thing around for awhile. Chicken I guess. There is a great artist seven miles from here. One of the girls I studied with has nine tatoos and she swears by him. Let's go. Angharad get the next flight over there is courage in groups!!!
