I've set something up and sent everyone a PM who has responded here.
We can change the name to one we all agree on later.

Hi all,
I will be 40 early next year, can I play? I recently joined a gym, and I usually enjoy working out once I get there, but make a million excuses not to go. I have a young child, a full time job, and a husband, so spare time is at a premium. Any encouragement I can get is soooo wonderful.
Thanks, ladies!

I would love to feel better and I love walking (and so does my dog). I just haven't since I broke my foot several years ago and put on a lot of weight. I also think my anti-depressants add to my weight problem.

Tammy,
i do understand. I have had a back and shoulder surgery this year and become unable to work. I also have several other health porblems. I am gaining weight as i type(ugh).
U know i tired walking my dog, and she is so frisky she yanked on her chain and jerked my shoulder nearly out of socket, and a few months later i had to have surgery on it.
Yes, Tammy, antidepressants do cause weight gain. have u tried wellbutrin? (sp) It will not cause weight gain, if u can take it. It is also called Zyban, used to help people stop smoking.
