I don't think $4 million is "a bit on the low side" or WT would have simply settled as they do many of these cases to avoid the publicity. Even the Conti settlement was likely lower than this despite the fact that the jury originally awarded over $28 million.
But $4 million here, and $4 million there, and pretty soon you're talking about some serious cash!
