Chicken shawarma (Arabic/Middle Eastern version of kebab) is nice and fairly cheap. There's a Kurdish restaurant where I live which does take out shawarmas ...
And a Chinese take away is pretty good, too. e.g. Kung Po Beef ...

I’m with a watcher; much prefer eating what I’ve served up in the kitchen.
But…… I love a really hot curry..so long as I cooked it !

had my favourite chinese take away last night---dry red roast pork with chili and garlic salt, served in a card box. Also yung chow fried rice. I make it last for 2 meals.
