It's a propaganda stunt. They also say the happiest people on earth. I'd hate to meet the miserable ones, a lot of the jws I knew were on meds for depression.

Have we noticed how often the society uses comments like this?

"Jehovah's witnesses are the most honest people...etc"

Jehovah's Witnesses are The Most Honest People?

I can`t even get JW`s to Tell the Truth as to Who They Are,when They Come To The Door.

    .

    Who are You?............Heh-heh.............Uhhhhh..Bible Students..

    Good point Outlaw!

The only other group that went to great lengths to hide their identity until AFTER hooking someone in was the AMWAY people...

    Notice a similarity?

Jehovah's Witnesses never do anything to bring reproach upon Jehovah's name. Well, except the pio sis who asked me to grocery shop for her and "only" had a 100-bill so I told her she could pay me the $50 later.

Another sister who asked me to make earrings with gold ear wire instead of silver and said she would pay the extra $10.

The elder's wife/pio sis who ordered $60 worth of vitamins from me.

The ex-son in law who asked to buy a $20 set of jewelry from me, a $15 bottle of vitamins from me, and borrowed my van which had a full tank of gas.

NEVER was paid by any of these righteous meeting going, most honest, most considerate, most loving, most happy, most smart, most chosen by God Christian door knockers on earth.

Of course it was my own fault for not insisting on getting paid up front. But aren't you supposed to be able to trust the most honest people on EARTH? By cracky I paid all my debts, sometimes it took longer than it should've. But they are PAID.

I'm with you Heaven. My uber elder brother regrets to this day telling me about 'Lying for the Truth'. Later he rephrased it to Theocratic warfare.

I regret that he didn't even hear what he was telling me.

I think JW's are honest like slick lawyers are honest. They learn to withhold information and mislead people, but define "honest" as not directly telling a lie. Then they make exceptions to even that definition by making decisions about who deserves truthful information.
