The error is mostly in interpretation and application of your version. Plus, one could list the same type of errors about any translation of the Bible.

I totally agree. It's like the situation in which people are seated in a circle and each one tells a story or event to the person sitting next to them. By the time it gets back to the original person, it is a much different story than what the person had originally started.

As you mention, ANY translation of the Bible will have errors, and I truly believe, most are not intentional. It's just a matter of errors that naturally occur and generally in the the changes in languages and the usage of words.

Hebrews 1 10 in the nwt was an eye opener for me. A direct quote from the Old Testament in which the Tetragrammaton turns to Lord for theological reasons. You wouldn’t want Jesus to be jehovah.

Where you find one lie you will find more.

Another great one is if you read the entire chapter of romans 10. The premise of the chapter is unbelieving Jews not believing Jesus was the messiah.

Call apon the name of jehovah and be saved.

How can they call apon the one they didn’t believe in. The one they have never heard of?

So Old Testament Jews didn’t believe in god????

It’s a bit more complicated than simply a list as OTWO stated....although that’s a start.

The problem is, for example say Colossians 1:16-17, the infamous place in where Watchtower adds the word “other” (to infer Jesus was created) that in fact the King James has to also add the word “things” in English since there is no term for “things” in Greek.

So in a way many if not all translations into other languages “add” other words...they have to, for it to make sense.
