I had a really unique experience today that I want to share but will have to give you a little of my story first. I hope you find it interesting.

This is the story I'd like to tell. I was walking to my car and I then remembered that I forgot something in the house. So I walked a few feet away from the car and if I had not walked away at that moment, I would have been fatally hit by a truck. WAS IT JEHOVAH'S BLESSING???

OK, Somebody has to add some content to this thread - it may as well be me.
Story:
My sister was pioneering, had only a part time job and couldn't afford a needed vacuum cleaner. She 'prayed on it' (tm) (and asked around for one) and what-da-ya-know, a sista gave her a vacuum. "It was Jeehovers blessing" she proudly proclaimed to me.
3 days later the sista asked for it back. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away...

I found a penny on the street this morning. Has Jehovah blessed me? YES! He has!
I got a phone call from my brother. I haven't heard from him in two whole weeks. Has Jehovah blessed me? YES! He has!
My neighbour let me have a box of porn magazines that he didn't want anymore. Has Jehovah blessed me? YES! He has!
In other words, if you're not a JW, you don't come across good fortune. Everyone who wins the lottery is a JW. Wait, they can't play the lottery. Hmmm. Something's wrong here.

That's because it was probably only "GE or Hoover's" blessing. Only when prophets are again known as seers, "Kenmore" be revealed about whether this was truly a blessing, or if her friend was just sucking up.
