Esse, I said men have the same choice. I have known of men who had withheld sex to punish their wives or girlfriends, goes along with not speaking at all with them, the silent treatment. I know some men seem to think women have no sexual desires or need for sex, that is not correct.

Now that is equality.

Well...I think Alyssa is very pretty and certainly passionate about her cause...but when I read about the proposed "ban" I thought it pretty ludicrous. The girls that could benefit most from taking a break are the ones least likely to do so anyway...

The issue of abortion ....legally banning it for any and all reasons is not going to stop it from happening. It simply will occur under likely more unsanitary unhealthful circumstances. The option for a safe abortion should be open to women carrying deformed or genetically aberrant fetuses, rape and or incest victims. I do not personally believe it is an appropriate option for birth control...but until the female population is adequately educated regarding birth control and their personal responsibility there are those who will go that route. There are enough unwanted children in this world..and any baby born deserves to be loved, provided for and nurtured. Politicians seeking to overturn legal abortion will need to address how they plan to care for babies born to mothers who do not want them.

What I find funny is that she calls for a conservative morality - don't have sex unless you want to have babies with that person.

That is quite a conservative viewpoint and quite correct, don't have sex unless you want to deal with the consequences (and murder is not a good way of dealing with the consequence).
