Yes it's true, if you are over 70years old you get to live there. They also will send CO that are over 70. The new halls won't have apartments anymore. -

We think they bought those apartments to house all the old timers (you know...all the ones sitting in the front rows at the Annual Meeting). I bet a lot of these old timers know some good ole secrets about the Org (they know where all the dead bodies are buried). They have to keep these ones happy, until they die off. Kind of like how they "took care" of Greenlees and Chitty. Funny how they just hid those 2 away. Hmmm! -

Unfortunately that's not happening in every country, there's many elderly Special pioneers, CO etc. that are fending for themselves and from the help of family.
Only the richest countries are going to have retirement housing for these ones.
