if he really was an imitation, how would we know? - easy, you give him the blood test.
What you do is, you tie him to a chair. Then, you cut him in order to collect a blood sample.
Then you heat a wire and dip the heated wire into the blood sample. If the blood jumps away from the wire, you torch him with a flame-thrower.

Richard Oliver; even if he does have a family member with hearing problems isnt Lett capable of tailoring his speaking style when he is addressing audiences from the platform? rather than continually sounding like the demented moron he portrays himself as? I would guess over the years Lett has given hundreds of talks so much of the old chestnut that being a jw makes one an excellent public speaker.

He speaks like that because one of his family members growing up had a hearing and speech problem. So he exaggerates his speech in because that is how he grew up so that, the family member could understand him.
