    His statement is classic doublethink.

Everyone is a hero in their own mind.

Dogmatic people are unlikely to think of themselves as such--otherwise they would change their behavior.

Morris is talking from both corners of his mouth and perhaps his ass..

The GB or FDSL as he descriptively uses, has been nothing but dogmatic in its professed doctrines, otherwise you could easily find yourself DFed or shunned if you argue or openly question the doctrines.

Well put it this way you can question the doctrines which are rigidly enforced but the FDSL has instituted punishing agendas if you do.

Many people (JWS) have been Dfed and muzzled for questioning certain doctrines ie. 1914, 1975 the no blood issue etc.

All religions basically are dogmatic to their expressed doctrines, the only difference between them all is that some have contrived ways to deal with questioning objectors ie. apostasy

The JWS under the control of the GB (FDSL) is just of few that deal with apostasy in a very forceful indiscriminate way.

    dog·mat·ic

Fink, funny how that second definition especially has Jehovah's Witnesses written ALL over it!

ToMo using the Witness dictionary where words mean whatever Jehovah wants them to mean.

Every teaching of the GB is dogma.

A dogma[1] is something that should not be disputed or doubted.

Introducing Dogmatic he only raps about dogma.

So now that they have attempted to address the topic, they now feel they have proved they are not dogmatic?

So if I eat the last cookie, but make a statement saying I didn't eat it, does that cancel out the fact that I actually ate it?

NO! The facts still exist, no matter how much I try to say otherwise!

Its both funny and bit disturbing how GB men such as Tomo will outright spin doctor ideas to support the power he's got over the rest of the flock.

In this video he's lying, twisting and manipulating the known facts.

Show your loyalty to Jehovah is the mantra as of late !

I think the GB boys are getting a bit nervous about that power they have and will continue to have.

Taking notice to the main theme of the summer assemblies this year " Loyalty " is predominantly being stressed more than ever.

Guilt, shame and devotional loyalty are being imposed vehemently these days ......... I wonder why ?

Have they been looking at the numbers of newly baptized ?

Oh man......when you watch the 3 minute mark until the end....he REALLY stumbles on his own tail. Here is the redux in my mind.

    1) the word translated in the bible is "dogmata", but while that means dogma, the word means something different in english than it used to, because dogma is a critical word.

    2) Dogma means a system of belief that cannot be questioned and refuses to consider other opinions are justified, but that doesn't apply to the slave because its a theocratic arrangement and a collective body (the fds).

    3) Apostates and opposers want to tell you that everything that comes from headquarters is dogma and (red herring alert), arbitrarily decided. (what does that have to do with dogma?)

    4) If you want blessings from Jehovah on you, or your family (huh?), you should take the decisions passed down (decrees.....dogmas lit), and just obey them while if need be also asking Jehovah to help you understand them.

    5) Acts 4:5,6. When CO's and others meet and discuss/disseminate info and you OBEY.....then you will be "made firm in the faith". Jehovah blesses obedience. This is not a collection of made made decisions, its governance from God

I puked in my mouth a little.

    Simple Definition of dogmatic

    • : expressing personal beliefs as if they are certainly correct and cannot be doubted

So of course the Gibbering Body is not dogmatic. We all know they don't put out statements of belief that cannot be doubted. . .do they? (Sarcasm off)
