Why Jehovah witnesses don't say, "Bless you" ?

    In fact if the WTS did their research properly they’d realise that it dates back to the days of the bubonic plague. One of the first signs that you had the plague was sneezing so people would say “bless you” wishing/hoping that you wouldn’t come down with the plague.

    As Scratchme says, in Spanish we say “Salud” or “Jesús”. I personally always say “salud” as a sign of respect and courtesy. It’s automatic. I also say it when having a drink with a non-JW or another PIMO JW (in this context, salud is translated as “cheers”.)

    How about " bless his heart" etc., as we say in the south, for more things than one.( Not always a positive either)

    Dbq407 to try and set themselves off as being different than people who are non witnesses. Any little thing they can use to say "hey we are different than every other religion".

    Bingo, we have a winner, Ladies and Gentlemen!!

    The above statement pretty much covers everything.

    Which is why saying that their religion is no different to any other religion is the most offensive thing you can say to a Witness!
