That was reported only a few days ago! Now they only got $690/square foot, not a $1,000. Watchtower must have been very desperate!

124 and 107 are different buildings.
Whatever the case, this is a lot of money disappearing down the WT rabbithole.

The 124 building I always thought had the better views of Manhattan and the river than 107. Maybe 107 is in better shape or is more valuable for some reason. But the 124, to me, was the 'centerpiece' of their presence there. Maybe that's just my perception. -
