GOOD JW ELDERS AND OTHERS DO NOT UPHOLD WATCHTOWER CHILD MOLESTATION POLICY: There are kind-seeming Jehovah’s Witness elders who uphold the Watchtower Society’s policy of sending “repentant” child molestors and serial murderers door-to-door, and steer victims and their parents away from reporting sexual abuse to save Watchtower money from lawsuits as reliable sources such as CBS Evening News With Dan Rather and Dateline NBC have noted. (silentlambs.org) Therefore the hard but true fact is that all the men in a leadership capacity in the Watchtower over Jehovah’s Witnesses (JWs) are, so long as not working against such Watchtower policy, also upholding the criminal doings regardless of how nice they act. They are also mistaught on even basic beliefs as the following shows. For any elders who read this, note that truly good elders do not uphold wicked policies.
HOLIDAYS LIKE CHRISTMAS: Watchtower teaches JWs that Christ was likely born about Oct 2, so why ignore that this means Christ must have been conceived 9 months before as true of babies, meaning in late December. Similarly, why insist that Christmas came from the pagan Saturnalia when John 10:22-3 says Christ also celebrated the Jewish Festival of Dedication or Lights, i.e. Hannukah, which first began Dec 25 but has varied since because lunar-based, and which includes lights, tree ornaments, singing and gifts? Watchtower calls Thanksgiving American nationalism although it’s observed in different lands such as Liberia, Germany etc and faithful ancient Jews celebrated a similar day of thanks to God. The Bible says to not judge others based on holidays and sabbaths (Colossians 12:16), yet the Watchtower does exactly that.
BIRTHDAYS: You must read all three verses to see it but Job 1:3, 3:1 and 3:3 prove faithful Job's kids celebrated their days of birth, meaning birthdays. Besides which, angels celebrated Christ's day of birth. Santa is from Nicholas, a famous Christian gift-giver who lived in the Middle Ages, not a wizard or pagan god as the Watchtower has implied. Really, why call compromises holidays that attacked and replaced paganisms? Again, doesn't Colossians 12:16 says let none judge you about a holiday. The Watchtower teaching that Christmas is definitely pagan and must not be celebrated because two persons were killed in the Bible during birthday situations ignores the facts and destroys normal family ties.
BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS: Most normal identical twins use a shared placenta to transfuse blood to each other, showing that God Himself uses transfusions. Although Acts 15:20, which Watchtower singles out, says abstain from blood, 1 Samuel 14:32-5 says Saul's entire army ate "unBLED" meat to not starve and no verses show God not forgiving them. Too, Christ (Mat 12:7) says God also forgave David's eating temple holy bread and that God wants Mercy Not Sacrifice. Blood as a symbol of life is not as value as life, the thing it symbolizes.
Watchtower’s May 22, 1994 Awake magazine tells of 26 JW kids who died without transfusions, and by common sense in massive bleeding as in car wrecks blood expanders won't save lives (ajwrb.org). Also, an estimated 3 JWs die daily earthwide from Watchtower's unscriptural policy (Blood On The Altar, David Reed)! Why don't Watchtower heads teach members these additional facts? Acts 15 is speaking of blood as when some people wanted to eat meat, defnitely not transfusions.
Think. Why should anyone's kids, grandkids etc be endangered? Why not get this inofrmation to medical doctors, nurses etc. Why not mail copies to JWs and those studying with them so as to save lives!
SHUNNING CALLED "DISFELLOWSHIPPING:" 1 Corinthians 6:1 only says udge "trivial" things as in business, James 2:4-13 calls judging harmful, and Paul says the "majority" (2 Corinthians 2:6), followed his advice to shun a wrongdoer, meaning a minority chose not to and yet he nowhere condemns them. Christ said families would be divided by some members doing good and others doing wrongs but never ever advocated destruction of families. So we ask why the formal Judicial Committees destroying families via numerous formal renderings of disfellowshipping which is severe shunning?
SURVEILANCE TO KEEP THE ORGANIZATION CLEAN: There are reports that some JW elders and their helpers have surreptiously spied on rank-and-file members. Ray Franz’s two books note elders spying with binocular and Bethel workers in Greece spying with video-camcording. William Schnell’s book Thirty Years A Watchtower Slave noted such spying long long ago. Members are still routinely told to report on each other "to keep the congregations clean" even though the Bible point-blank condemns "busy-bodying," comparing it to murder.
Some old Watchtower publications have the winged sun god Ra on front covers, a symbol which never was a Christian symbol but used for example by modern Masons and ancient pagan worshippers. Regular JWs are not allowed to read any Judicial Committee "sin files" being kept on themselves, many not knowing they exist and often with misinformation. A picture of Watchtower’s manual Pay Attention To Yourselves And All The Flock only appears on p 232 of the Insight book. Elders have copies but non-elders are not allowed to read it. Judicial Committee sin files on a person are supposedly to be destroyed after 7 years, but even when they sometimes are locally destroyed, the permanent file is kept forever in Brooklyn and, as said, is subject to abuse and falsification:

It was exciting slinking around in the darkness, spying on members of the congregation who were suspected of wrongdoing. I also was given access to the congregation files, which revealed the inside information of all in the congregation. TRINITY: Watchtower heads say the Trinity is believing Father, Son, Spirit are one "identical" person yet most churches teach that the trinity idea is that there are three totally different entities or persons forming one "Godship" (Read Romans 1:20) in which the Son and Spirit share age, power and knowledge from God the Father just as an acorn inherits its parent oak tree's age, capacity and information. Only a very few churches answer Watchtower's description of the sameness trinity belief. Now why would Watcthower heads misteach members including elders about this?
CROSS: Human remains and inscriptions show archaeologists the stauros was a cross not stake, Dr Frederick Zugibe's research shows suffocation would be in minutes if on a stake but in hours if on outstretched cross per Luke 23:44 and Matthew 27:45-6. Leaders call a cross is a repugnant murder weapon but Paul said boast in the stauros as a symbol of resurrection over death. (Ga 6:14,

SEXUAL ABUSERS AT THE TOP: Elders often hide local scandals as has been documented as a child molester who sat on Watchtower's worldwide Governing Body. He was reassigned but never disfellowshipped (excommunicated/shunned) in the 1980s (jehovahs-witness.com in the archives, etc). At a silentlambs.org protest before Watchtower headquarters Pat Garza, who died of cancer in mid-2003 and whom many believed 100% credible, openly told media that a member of the Watchtower’s Governing Body molested her and other kids when a District Overseer in Los Angeles about 40 years ago. He did not deny her allegation and stayed a prominent Governing Body member ducking news reporter questions.
HARASSMENT: To reemphasize, most JWs are good people but some regular JWs members in places where illegal child molestation has occurred have complained of elders and those they have asked to do so conducting physical harassment such as poking, and shoving, hinting in platform talks that "Jehovah's eyes are everywhere." Members have complained that some elders divulge details of the regular members’ most private conversations and bedroom doings with their marriage mates. Although Watchtower articles told elders not to "police" bedrooms in 1978, in a later during the week night-time talk (but not in writing) in 1983 elders told regular members "The Practice" of some marital intimacies can lead to Expulsion. Some regular JWs absent that evening have been "expelled" (harassed/trained) without ever even being clearly made aware why it was done. This is an ironic contrast to Watchtower’s pedophilia coverups. Watchtower's Insight book articles are on all Bible books except for the Song of Solomon (also known as Canticles) which has much positive marital imagery out of line with the Governing Body's own views of what is "holy." Instructed to keep such things "in-house," when asked most elders deny the 1983-onwards policy to protect the Gov Body.
UNITED NATIONS: Watchtower heads teach God does not like the UN but until exposed, during 1991-2001 they were a formal UN associate called a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), not just a UN library card associate as claimed.
