Petra/Atlantis recently posted and supplied a document on donations. What stood out to me, besides the usual nonsense, was the phrase, “Donations in Support of Kingdom Interests Worldwide.”
This appears to be a change in terminology from donations in support of the “Worldwide Work of Jehovah’s Witnesses.”
Perhaps that’s because there’s no actual work being done...but there has to be some underlying reason. Any thoughts?
We do know they spend it on themselves.
All the contributions are now combined into one.
Now there are no separate:
WWW
LCE
KHCW
GAA
etc...

Could those Kingdom Interests be for protecting their asses.......oops.........i mean assets from all the law suits they are fighting?
No matter how they label these boxes, they are getting the same amount out of me. Nothing.
I wonder how this will work. It says I can donate for a local congregation but the money would go to the WT organisation, not directy to the local congregation.
Now, for sake of (illogical) argument :-), I want to give 10k to local congregation. The local congregation is not allowed to have more in their bank account than needed for simple maintenance. So, this 10k will never be given to the local congregation I assume.
Actually, I wonder if fiscally it is allowed that the WT would keep the money that actually was provided by me to the local congregation....
I wonder if they use the interest accrued between the time of donation and transfer to the locals or if there is a handling cut.
The locals can yse the money as seen fit and the CO will make sure they see it right.
My landlord always asks me for donations if I need a new roof, carpet, paint, furnishings, HVAC; and keeps track of my savings. 🙄🙄

Cars and insurance to drive at their leisure
Air flights to travel around the world
secluded homes to escape to
Full medical and dental care
We must protect "Kingdom interests"
More fake money for me to put in their boxes. Better stock up on monopoly money and metal washers from the hardware store.
