As many of you know, Jehovah's Witnesses sent out a letter on August 1, 2016, updating their previous instructions to all elders regarding the handling of child sex abuse allegations. Our publication, "Jehovah's Witnesses and Child Sex Abuse - A Brief Handbook for Attorneys" has been updated with this new information. To ensure you have an updated copy, please visit the webpage below and note on page 2 where it states "Second Edition."
We will continue to update this handbook as often as necessary in order to facilitate litigation against the Watchtower in our continuing quest in justice for the victims.
