I have a nice potato falafel recipe that I cook occasionally.
I have it hanging from my fridge freezer at home, so I can't tell you the ingredients or method fully. It has everything including the kitchen sink in it virtually.

I have had friends say I do a good zucchini slice ,not that the recipe is anything special in itself.

Anna Marina I pronounce it fal A fel. With the "A' rising up and the 'fel" going down. I might be wrong tho😳
