A lot of the comments on the article from non-JWs say the video is fake, and I think so, too. The guy has on jeans, he's using a backpack, he's working alone, and he has a goatee - all indications he's not a JW. Not doubting it could happen, though.

Fake. The internet has a series of videos along these lines, although their preference (shown by number of likes) is for "seducing" Mormon boys.
