  I guess some countries are so downtrodden and unstable that the prospect of all governments being destroyed and the earth transformed into a paradise with loving fellow humans would be a huge magnet. Hell, under those conditions, even the GB would come across like Knights in shiny armor bestowing love and blessings from afaraway country.
