I often wonder if this attitude is a form of compensating behavior... that deep down inside, those individuals actually have an inferiority complex regarding the WTS..

Gawd, this makes me so ashamed of myself..... I was exactly the same way as a stupid, totally indoctrinated JW..... I do not like the person I was as a JW..... I now hate -- HATE!!! -- the way I thought and the indifferent, cold-hearted way I looked at "worldly" people..... It breaks my heart that I even treated my own (worldly) family this way, and some of the people I would be closest to are now gone.
