I know in court they were not allowed because thier side had to be warned of a "special" witness 7 days before .Cant you summon them in NOW??I just wish we could find another lawyer.. Mouthy, we can not add new evidence to to trial. The judge is working on costs now, unless we call a mistrial (perhaps), nothing more can be added. Its very unfortunate. But want can I do.
