  It's all about conformity disguised as unity and all the Kool Kids have iPads and they know that to survive, modern JW's must keep up with Jehovah's celestial Segway. It's all about image and not appearing to be spiritually weak.

  I love having my iPad at the meeting.

  I text, read, browse the web, look at Social Media, get work done etc... All with a dim screen!

  This is the best thing to ever have happened! I look like I'm super into what's being discussed from the platform while the meeting goes by 10x faster! I love it!

  Yes, get your dad an IPAD, and set him up, once he gets comfortable using it, tell him if he has any questions he can always "google it" tell him to google "Jehovahs Witnesses" now that will be a lot of fun.
