Charges: Lewd and lascivious behavior by an offender over the age of 18 with a victim younger than 16, and six counts of sexual battery on a victim age 12 to 17. Biggs allegedly had a girl perform sex acts in January. He was arrested Friday. Biggs will be released from the St. Lucie County jail if he posts $350,000 in bond.
