I remember reading the latest "Safeguarding" Doc. on Facebook, days before any Elders had got it through their Congregations.
It was a pathetic effort if they really meant it, as it did not urge Reporting, to the appropriate and qualified Authorities, at the instant they got wind of Abuse, no, it was the usual claptrap.
The GB seem determined to make the JW Org the last place that Paedophiles can hide, and operate with impunity. A Paedophile Paradise indeed.
Scandalous.

Thanks for posting those links Atlantis!
I think that the reason for the request, may have been twofold: 1) to actually get a copy 2) To see if ones at a cong level were even aware of it and the directions of the ARC (it seems they are still quite ignorant)
