Jw's cant show honor to their mothers and fathers on the national mother and fathers day. This award was given on national children's day. JW' s cant honor a birthday but this award is ok.
Yes. Virtually all the arguments marshalled against celebrating birthdays can be marshalled against this "Parental Glory" award.
When it suits the advancement of JW organization's interests, you can water down your cherished beliefs with little regard for the adulterated ramifications.
This is not unlike "the churches of Christendom" agreeing to concessions ("compromises") in their beliefs to curry favor with secular officials over the advancement of missionary work in far flung lands.
Were it not for JW organization's long-claimed separation and difference from all other religious groups, we could smile and say, "Well it was bound to happen sooner or later". Rank hypocrisy.
