If Rutherford was buried at the WTS burial site where Russell and others are buried, there is no indication or evidence, so he might very well be still buried at Beth Sarim.

.......and doesn't make the owners of the house so happy

Isn`t that ironic that J.F.Rutherford is, or could have been buried at the very site he prophetically stated that the faithful men of old such as Abraham , Issac , and Jacob would live after their resurrection?

I find that very amusing .

Makes sense he'd want to be buried there -- not sure I still love San Diego.

Rutherfraud was a true con man,

To him Religion was the biggest con game going to cultivate both tax free money and power, that's why he aggressively grabbed onto the WTS publishing house.

He made or deeded the mansion as a religious compound to avoid paying property tax and an excuse to for him to live in a plush luxury home when most were going through hard times.

"Following his victory at the Battle of Trafalgar, Horatio Nelson's body was preserved in a cask of brandy, or rum, to allow transport back to England. ... The pickled body was removed and, upon inspection, it was discovered that the sailors had drilled a hole in the bottom of the cask and drunk all the brandy/rum." - given the choice, the Judge might have opted for pickling insted of burrying.

The Watchtower Farms Cemetery near Wallkill NY can be perused online at:

    https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/2403939/memorial-search

Rutherford's name is not in the list as being buried there, so most likely he is buried somewhere else.

Edited to add photo. Apparently they are not much into gravestones. No pyramids or stuff like that

See how privileged the top dogs of the WTS get just living off the WTS., they even get their own burial plot paid for by the WTS.

The WTS. does them well when you think about it, food, shelter, health and dental care, cars with insurance and free air flights to travel around the world.

Sounds like a retirement I might even enjoy.

Rutherford's (note the spelling please, chillun) burial place may not be known -YET - but he had a physical body and was not seen goin' up yonder with Enoch, so his bones be somewhere, and I will bet money that a GPR survey of Beth Sarim/Shan would find the unknown body of a hastily-buried fat man somewhere on those grounds.
