  We are pleased to inform you that electronic versions of the annual items for 2017 will be made available for download on jw.org beginning in October of this year. This includes Examining the Scriptures Daily—2017 and the 2017 Yearbook of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
  Additionally, the Research Guide for Jehovah’s Witnesses—2016 Edition will be released as it becomes available in each language.

  For what it is worth, I predict the numbers in the 2017 yearbook are going to look better than those in 2016.

  Numbers for 2016, it not over yet, plus they lie about everything else why do you think thier numbers are accurate? The evidence seems to point to less the 8 million members probably more like 3-4 million baptised.

  I bet the same as 2016 - growth in Africa and South America - very stagnant in the western world.

  The 2018 Yearbook will be the most interesting.

  There are probably too many people (and Branches) involved in gathering the numbers worldwide for them to be able to fake them.

  They could also come up with "WT spin" that the early Christians didnt count numbers , and they have now disbanded such a practice in line with a new truth .

  On the other hand they could print a significant downturn of publishers reporting , a negative growth overall , and very few baptisms for the year 2016 .

  Look at the upload dates of previous on line Yearbooks on jayborg. They are usually late December.

  Anyway I expect "they" are deciding whether to fudge the figures or work out whether the fall out is worth it if they drop them all together.

  That's not what that letter says. It says annual items will be available BEGINNING in October, which is true, as the Examining the Scriptures and Research Guide are out.
