In the U K the Govt sent food boxes to those "vulnerable " people directly. The programme has stopped now.
It seems in US charities are delivering govt. Aid. O k then....

I liked the way at first, they tried to act like it was coming from and provided by the "BRANCH"
There's a local church that has had 4 hand out program's, it's the very same stuff in the very same boxes!!!!
All you have to do is get there early enough to get the stuff before they run out!!!
Plus they have a sign plainly telling where and from who it's coming from!!!
