I was st the door once with an unbaptized bro this was his second time in service...he had a temper problem and had liked to use lots of #$%^#&.

Anyway at the door the homeowner walks out opens the door and kicks the case of this new convert right out of his hand..looked like a New York parade with papers flying everywhere. The guy then proceeded to call us anything and everything..to my surprise the new bro almost burst but held it in.

The good part was when we got back to the car group and he repeated word for word every f-----ing name and word the guy called us. I nearly pissed myself as the P.O and sisters in the car turned pale.

The past month has seen the most stimulating conversations regarding bible and non-bible topics I've ever had. Also had LOL !

The worst experience I had when I was a teenager was these other teenagers following us around from door to door heckling us. We should have left as soon as they started the heckling but the car group leader made us finish the block first. It was pretty hard trying to talk to the householder well these idiots would come right up behind us making fun of us etc.

Excuuuuuse me if this has been said: but the question presupposes that a person who gets angry because of being pestered at their home on a Saturday morning is persecuting the pest at the door!

The question should be, imho, "did you ever piss off someone at the door?" It's not persecution when you bug someone and then cry "persecution!" because they don't want anyone bothering them. Those dubs!

i have been yelled at and basically called a maggot by WW 1-2 vets. Now i know why they were so mad.

I had an apostate invite me in once and try to tell me about russelll and rutherford, but i was too braindead to understand a word he said.

I've seen my share of naked people.

once had a lady say we should be ashamed of ourselves for preaching about the "signs" when they only applied to the jews at that time.

I have been sent to hell but a few baptists.

I've been snubbed by jews.( i never figured out how to talk to them anyhow-)

I nver even tried to talk to hindus and such-who knew what to say anyhow?

    1. Yelled at (but never as bad as my parents did at home)

    2. Had dogs sicced on me; once a flock of geese

    3. Had guns pointed at me

    All this was by strangers.

But none of this was as bad as the unloving treatment at the kingdom hall and at home by those who were supposed to love me.
