    The USA is "selling" us Canadians huge shipments of the AstraZeneca vaccine. I wonder why they ordered them in the first place if they are not needed in the US.

    Its is produced in the US, not yet approved in US and just sitting in storage. That is the reason it was sold.

    Canada and Mexico are in a tough spot without having any domestic vaccine production. Just hoping that they don't get double crossed by the US and Europe on the doses they have purchased.

    Im glad they are selling them. Im meant to be visiting Niagra Falls in June. I will have had both my jabs by then, and hopefully many Canadians will have had theire's as well. The Astra Zenica vaccine has been proven to be totally safe, as has the phizer vaccine. People need to listen to the worlds experts not read some misinformation online.

    All these vacs are experimental and big pharma walks - no liability/can't sue. Couple deaths in the past week in Arizona after Astra Zeneca injections - 2 males approximately 50 yrs. old. I don't think it has been recalled in AZ.

    Johnson & Johnson - the one jab vaccine - caused an elementary school to shut down as teachers became quite ill after inoculation. Apparently, this is not unusual and many schools have been closed because of teacher shortage due to the jab.

    LV101, and thousands of people are dying right now because they have not had the vaccine yet. Even if the vaccine has been the cause of some blood clots (and there is no proof of that) the advantages of having the vaccine far, far outweigh the very few people that may have had a reaction to it.

    By now there are 8 BILLION PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. Let that sink in for a while.

    8,000,000,000

    Thus far about 123.5 million people have contracted the Covid Virus out of 8 BILLION PEOPLE

    Only 2.5 mil. are said to have died of the virus

    That's comes up to .0003125 of the population. Farrrrrr from ONE PERCENT.

    All of them were elderly and had some underline medical condition that was already taking their life away. Including the young ones that died.

    So when someone died of cancer--it was attributed to the Covid virus because of the publicity that politicians around the world wanted to spread to take advantage of the power grab, the medical experts who wanted their two minutes of fame, and big pharma and Corporations who saw an opportunity to cash in.

    Some estimates show that Pfizer HAS made 32 BILLION $$$$$$$ IN PROFITS FOR THE VACCINE SO FAR

    What, did you think the Vaccine WAS FREE!

    In reality the real picture is this;

    CDC’s new IFR estimates broken down by age;

    Current Best Estimate” SURVIVAL RATES

    : 0-19 years old, 99.997 percent;

    20-49 years old, 99.98 percent;

    50-69 years, 99.5 percent;

    70 years old or older, 94.6 percent.

    If you are in relative good health and don't have some underline medical condition sipping your life away.

    alanv - I'm not anti-vax nor anti-covid vax just interested in the negatives, if any. Astra Zeneca has been banned in quite a few countries but not here.

    The swine flu (H1N1) vax was a dismal failure killing thousands (late 60s as I recall). 60 Minutes did a show re/the horrors of an untested vax. They swapped out a new type (apparently) for a tested one but who knows.

    Covid death rates were inflated to promote the vax (for one reason) and the rest is hype. I'm not saying it isn't bad - it is for the elderly and those with comorbidities. Death rate was NOT out of line last year from previous years.
