I am not defending Watchtower, but you would also have to have the same complaints for the mainstream denominations of Islam, Catholicism, Judism and to even some degree Shintoism and other non-abrahamic religions.

Since women in the Truth outnumber men 2 to 1, I would guess that the majority of current partakers are female.
