Openly converting to another religion but not disfellowshipped

Raven, I wouldn't exactly say the elders are not concerned at all.
Apparently they have been asking people if the couple approached them to talk about their new beliefs.
Nevertheless, as under the radar mentioned: an announcement should be made (see pages 110-113 in the flock book) and strangely enough that hasn't happened yet.

The elders could be gathering information on them right now so they are laying low, making their rounds of eye witnesses to gather who have been in contact with this couple and have proof that they are apart of a new religion and/ preaching to the congregation.
I feel like there will be something to happen here, *sits back, grabs popcorn* $#!t is going to hit the fan just wait!
