I do remember that it is possible to use a worldly person as a witness, but the word of a baptized witness would trump whatever a worldly person says. So they can be used to corroborate a thing, but they are below even baptized female children in the ranking.

My memory (not infallible)tells me much tbe same, Anonymous. I thoght it was something like , it may used but with caution.
I had a look at a downloaded "Shepherd The Flock" book but could not find a mention of it now..
