I am the grand-daughter and file clerk here on the board. I just send out documents and every once in a while the board members send me out for coffee or cold beer. I use grandpa's (Atlantis') account here to send out the documents, while he takes care of the Archives and Scanning Room.
Things get done faster that way because, when grandpa comes out here to the keyboard, he is like "Woody Woodpecker" and pecks the keyboard with 2 fingers. So since I type at a pretty normal speed, things get done faster if I stay at the keyboard and he stays with the Archives. No one knows the Archives better than he does.
So, that's how we work it to save time and get the letters out faster. My dad (Vulcan) supplies us with all the Bar-B-Que and sweet ice tea we can stand.
If I stay out of trouble the board will let me whip up some cappuccino and blackberry pie. (But that's only if I stay out of trouble!)
