I think that I saw that or a similar illustration before. I remember stating that I wonder what does any of that has to do with eternal life in paradise or being a decent person. Not to mention that that's some very capricious Jehovah is that's so important.

I know of cases where prospective renters (of residences) came with both impeccable references and attire. Foot in the door, they never paid further monies owed and trashed said dwellings.
Legal battles ensued to get them evicted.
Appearances can be deceptive, but you know that!
