There hasn't been anything really newsworthy emanating from the ivory towers since then, so it seems unlikely that any mole was caught.
The WTS tends to roll out a big change, then wait for many months or even years before the next one.
The meeting revamp was pretty big, probably nothing new until next year.

Think about it, the big leaks that happened must have shaken them up, I think it's quiet for right now because of that.
1. Lots of people have been let go, who knows if the source of the leaks was one
2. They are probably very cautious now, can you imagine the distrust they must feel for their own house?
3. There isn't much leak-worthy at the moment.
If the sources are even still there, they may need to be more careful as the leadership now sees their house is in disarray.
