When the Bethel Elders are no longer running the local cong.in N.Y.as in other states.Who locally is up to taking the load.Not many.
If and When Bethel is relocated to Patterson,NY.Brooklyn,Queens,the Bronx,Staten Island and some parts of New Jersey and Long Island will no longer have Bethel Elders to run the Cong.
While other states are use to the local brothers handing things ,not so in the tri-state areas.With Bethel Elders gone and not many local brothers reaching out it looks like a closing and selling some Kingdom Halls and a merging of others.

Good point, Blueblades. The congregation I attended by Walkill had 12 elders, but only 3 were local elders, the rest were Bethel elders or elders from Bethel. I'm sure they will have to combine congregations.
