I have the official prerecorded videos of both upcoming Circuit Assemblies for next service year from JW Stream. I looked all throughout the program and couldn't find anything like this, but maybe I missed it (I doubt it though). Hopefully I'll get the files to WiFi bandit, if he doesn't have them already.

My sources tell me it has to do with both the understanding of who are the Superior Authorities in Romans and whether those in Sodom and Gomorrah will be resurrected.
