@ Vidiot - On the face of it, the the org has never had so much money in its grubby little hands and at the same time had the least expenses. So why is the cult constantly fleecing the sheep? Need or greed?
I am optimistic that it's need - triggered by the financial crash and the WTBTS's very heavy losses in the Wall Street casino. (exacerbated by law suits) Please let it be so!

What kind of God is this JEHOVAH that he needs money that was invented by humans to manage their affairs among each other ?
When Jehovah God created all the mineral wealth in the world that humans and GOD put value on such as Diamonds,Gold ,Silver ,and a host of other precious metals and gemstones ?
Why can`t he just point his finger to a rich deposit to the Governing Body and just say hey dig here .!

Our congregation alone - small - gives approx $2000 - 2500 a MONTH to society,,,, multiply that by 55,000 a month worldwide.....I take half the number of ww congs as many cannot afford even that, and ours is small potatoes...
Has anybody had a conversation with their jw's about this latest appeal for money?
This reminds me of when my jw would be in utter disgust at the televangelists who were directing people where to send their money to help support their ministries. I wonder if he remembers that and how the jw's are exactly the same now.
