An interesting link that notes how JW (and Mormon) door-to-door evangelism has dropped off:
The Aussie writer notices that instead they have "set up a stall in the carpark at the supermarket."
I hope this isn't a repeat post, and I'm sorry if it is.

Very interesting. Wanted to read the article, but couldn't without subscription.
Same problem Black sheep cant read it unless your a subscriber.
I haven't seen them in my neighbourhood for well over a year and I'd spot them straight away, they still do the cart in the town centre though
I think most (western) areas show this but I wonder, how do the circuit overseers cope with this? I remember how they always were pushing the service overseer and the publishers to try to visit the householder twice a year. I left the Borg before my first opportunity to do cart witnessing, so I "missed" this new era...
I'm not a subscriber, or in Oz, but I managed to read it. I should have copied it when I had the chance:(
Damn. It worked for me, it won't work for you
It was a contributor noticing that Dubbies and Mormons don't knock on their door any more, plus that the Dubs don't bother to set up the stalls they did when they first gave up door knocking.
