They will probably fix that soon.... all they have to change is the media encryption to do something like Netflix.

weird? 2gb for the bible? ha! sounds from the description they're counting downloading the bible in ALL the languages as they're about 5 to 20mb each - does anyone do that IRL? hmmm yeah, maybe....
Besides I suspect people are more concerned with good ol' battery life - ie how battery the app takes to run when being used.
The JW app is bloated, just like the members of the GB.
Rumor has it, that the JW app enables your mic in the background and listens for apostate key words. Then notifies the elders with the recording.
Haha Stealth! Yup, and it also searches your history to see what non-approved sites you have been visiting too, and reports to the local elders....
Your smart phone is the least of your worries. Everything I read, hear, or see anything promoting JW propaganda, I can feel my IQ melting away. Fortunately, a little actual research and critical thinking charges me right back up.
I feel sorry for those still stuck in the rut of bowing to ancient superstitions and other nonsense thinly disguised as religion. And even more for those who do so because they're trapped in a mind-control cult from which there is no honorable exit.
