actually, paper displays are set to revolutionize the way we read information. at least thats my hope and there a lot of people trying to make it happen. paper displays would be able to change while theyre connected to a power source (and so COULD animate, tho not very well) and then retain the image after they are unplugged so you could carry them around (no animation then)
eink is the complany ive heard the most about and looks really practical. keep an eye on this.

Just think what that new technology could do when the Tower writes about billions of dead people (all non-JWs of course) getting their eyes plucked out by hungry birds! Wow--the Tower can increase sagging publisher hours with that!
