I will probably need a lift to get to the BBQ; I live in Wollongong but can meet someone at a train station near the venue. If someone can pick me up, please email me.
Yours Sincerely,
A Golf Ball

Come on People! This is a genuine cry for help; surely a poor Samaritan can get a lift to the BBQ if I meet you somewhere on your way. The trouble with this venue is that it is no good for someone like me who depends upon public transport. Perhaps a venue change for the next one...
Hey Stephanus,
How about I pick ya up from Blacktown or Parramatta railway station ... better still Strathfield (reminiscences of nearby Bethel). I did sugest Bundenna or Wattamola beach (that way folks like you could canoe or swim their way in ;) If ya got family with ya they'll have to hide under the tarp for a few k. (I guess you rail riders are used to that) I'm sure OT or just about anyone could get you to and from the nearby railway yards you old tramp!

Okay, UncleBruce, I'll ring you sometime soon. (Thanks!) Now, what was that password again: "The breeze in the sewers of Paris is brisk this time of year"?
Nah, Steph, you got it wrong again!
It's 'The sewers of Paris breeze brisk this time of year' .
Now say it 50 times FAST.
Well done.

I'll be wearing that get-up if it's raining, Ozzie. It's my old prospecting raincoat; I hear UncleBruce has an old gold mine on his weekender; should be interesting...
Wot does this mean? We're all going digging? Don't feel like making sandcastles on the beach, myself.
Cheers,
ozzie
