I typed into Simon's engine here, the words: organized accomplish ministry; and found a few threads. One of which contains info of it online:

Also, somewhere in another related thread, I posted that my daughter 'stumbled' upon, to quote her "two jw bibles mom, want them?!!!" in the back a thrift store locally. She called me asap to tell me her 'find' and how proud she was to be able to help in my 'work'. She was as excited as I was to have found them.
The two 'bibles' turn out of course, to be THE 'Organized To Accomplish Our Ministry' and THE 'Knowledge...Life' books. One green, the other rusty red.
This find was at the exact time that Bowen and Franz had their 'dual' re: whether Franz authored the 'two witness policy' (i'm in the search feature here still looking for that thread) and whether Franz was going to back Bowen and his organization up.
It was cosmic how she 'stumbled' on them at that precise time. (Meteron, this is what i was talking about in on of your threads)
I am looking at these books as I type. I pulled them out of the drawer that contains ALL THINGS WATCHTOWER. OTAOM is dated '83 and '89. Knowledge book, '95.
One is more 'used' than the other. Take a guess as to which one.
