Polidoro, noted for his appearance in the Supreme court case of Watchtower versus Stratton Ohio, now represents Watch Tower of Pennsylvania in their efforts to flush out the inside leak sources of documents, videos and images.
These documents and other sensitive information have been leaked to the public and reposted by dozens of individuals since 2017. Watch Tower is deeply concerned about the internal moles leaking this information, since much of it has been used by whistleblowers to reveal Watch Tower's private internal policies and procedures.
Included in the leaks are Publisher ID and Records Management materials which reveal the extent of Jehovah's Witness data collection and management prodedures, including the destruction of documents.
Jehovah's Witnesses have come under intense scrutiny for their failure to report child abuse across the globe, not only in mandatory reporting states, but in every location where clergy members are not required to report.
The dangerous policies of the Jehovah's Witness organization have resulted in a significant movement among current and former members to expose the organization and force transparency.
Current members with high-level access to Watch Tower documents have risked expulsion and legal recourse for their efforts.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation's attorney Alex Moss represented the unidentified Darkspilver Redditor in defense of the motion to quash Watch Tower's subpoena to unmask his identity.
