That's such bullshit. How much time does it take to sit through JW crap and pick it apart? He could easily make several videos every week.

You can also use online sites like ClipChamp to make decent quality videos with sound, graphics, etc. in minutes. Canva lets you make graphics and cards super easy.

He's just too frickin' lazy to learn any of that. Plus heaven forbid his almighty videomaking takes away from his porn watching, wanking, and cruising for a "date."

He doesn't have a job, so regardless of how many paterons he has, he certainly has the time to make the videos he promised.

He doesn't, because he has nothing of value to say and the market wised up to his regurgitated content. When the content doesn't bring in the views and the $$$, he's got no interest in producing it - it's simply a chore and he has no work ethic.

Because he knows, despite his claims, that there's nothing really "life saving" in what he does. His "activism" is just an excuse to fundraise. He's a for-profit business, and it was always about the money and financing his lifestyle which mostly consists of putting his feet up or else vacationing at other's expense.

Your You Tube feed is only populated by the most popular content.

I used to enjoy what seemed like more serious and longer and more in depth content.

Now I notice that people who don't put out content nearly daily are left behind and never show up in my feed again.

It's also shorter and shittier content.

But, apparently this is what one must do to make money on social media now.

You're right. Lloyd could totally do this. Churn out some shallow 10 minute videos every day, rather than the interminably long ones he's known for and it might work for him.

The economics of YouTube was distorted by free 0% money flooding the market. It was never realistic and the number who can "make a living" from being a YouTuber is dwindling. Tech companies aren't as flush with cash to buy the illusion of success anymore, advertisers can't piss money away. The gravy train is slowing down and coming to an end.

Everything is ultra-short attention span crap. 15 seconds of morons (Lloyd will fit right in) but little money to be made unless you have some product to sell.

It’s difficult to imagine him doing anything in the secular world. 9-5, M-F, going into the office or hybrid. His last real job was when he was in the UK in 2009 and that sounded like low level office work. I’d look at his resume today and have real questions as to his qualifications and work ethic. The videos are up for everyone to see, and I just don’t see how making YT videos translates into a real job, especially when that’s all he has been doing for the past decade.

He’s trapped and he knows it. He has to do this for a living, and that’s why we’re likely to see another begging video in the near future.

There was something in the Tibor video that sounded bizarre to me when I first heard it and still does. At the end he says “thank you for taking my pay cheque”. What a thing to tell your right hand whom you are always name-checking and making t-shirts with his name on them and selling. His only thought was to remind everyone that he has to pay him, instead of thanking him for a job well done. He’s even credited as a co-producer on every video, but hey, thanks for taking my money!

Lots of YouTuber are having a wake up call now that the ad revenue is drying up. And many of them will burn out due to the increased pressure in "churning out" more content.

I honestly cannot imagine Lloyd actually gaining any meaningful money anymore from ads on YouTube. On top of that he's not gaining anything anymore from livestreaming so no wonder a couple of months ago he freaked out.

Not that he's actually starving or anything like that, but if you are used to getting free money for doing nothing and now you suddenly are not getting that much money anymore, I see why he chose to humiliate himself by begging for money.

But at the end of the day he's the only reason why people are not supporting him anymore. Even ignoring all the drama, his content simply SUCKS. Let's face it: he's not a pleasant person to look at. No one wants to stare at a neck bearded bleached blob for hours, who regurgigates the same bs over and over and over again. He's also NOT funny and he hasn't realized that his style of speech doesn't attract people. He should learn a thing or two from other YouTubers but he's obviously too proud.

On top of that, a few years ago he had at least a few scoops here and there. Now he's always late for any news and sometimes he doesn't even cover them at all.

Lloyd is the perfect case of FAFO: fucked around and found out.
