And I only partly mean it in jest. If you've already admitted to repeatedly cheating on your spouse with whores (sorry, 20+ year-old untrafficked sex workers and girlfriends) and the web is replete with examples of your dodgy behavior and bad manners, it's difficult to come up with something bad enough to constitute a mark against your honor and reputation.
God, imagine being the lawyer researching his case, and realizing that the only reasons you will file it is because (A)none of the defendants will show up, (B)your client won't be cross-examined, and (C)he's paying you to go through with it.* I'm thinking the odds are pretty good that this will feed the office gossip mill for years to come.
*At least I'm assuming he's paying. You never know...

LooGoode I also had been looking up Croation law and I think you're right it has to be a crime in the country the defendant resides in. Which is highly unlikely since few countries hold insult to be a crime. But I thought their insult law which is prosecuted under the criminal code, unless I understood it completely incorrectly, has to be against a someone who works in a public capacity - such as a government official etc?? That's what I didn't understand.🤷♀️
The civil suit for regular defamation, libel etc, anyone in the states is covered by first amendments and fairly new 'libel tourism' laws.
Britain and Australia's protections are less robust maybe??

The Croatian law appears to be controversial even in Croatia as it's mostly used by politicians to silence the press. There are very few convictions, most appear to be suspended, so it's a "be quiet, or else" law that the government uses when someone is exposing something they have done.
He's going to need deep, deep pockets to go ahead and even then, it will be meaningless as the laws are not applicable in other countries so carry no weight.
It's literally like the WTS finding you guilty of Apostasy, and deserving of death ... how many executions have they carried out lately?

As I said. Imagine actually thinking that this joke of lawsuit stands a chance. It's too much even for that clown of Lloyd. For sure he's is just doing it so that he can later claim he did all he could.
I think it's even slimier than that. On the last occasion that he threatened legal action, he raised money with no result.
So he's probably getting one or more of his wealthier patrons to give him money on the basis that he is going to prosecute these libelous people or "HIS WORK" will go up in a puff of smoke and
