The letter from the "lawyer" sounds like Lloyd is being scammed by Nigerian scammers he found on the internet, although I suppose the poor quality could be the result of a poor language translator. The incorrect lower case and capitalizations doesn't seem like a poor translator is the most likely possibility though. If poor Lloyd is now the victim of Nigerian scammers, now they will never leave him alone!
This was really a ridiculous letter that can't be respected. He seems to be moving from bad to worse.
The question of "jurisdiction" can be tricky in the age of modern internet where court hearings are regularly held online, especially during Covid. I am familiar with a recent case of a You Tuber named Karen Yax (also known as The Critical Kay) who is being sued for defamation by a woman named Rae Andreacchio (Andreacchio v. Yax). Yax lives in Michigan, and Andreacchio lives in another State (I can't remember which). Yax tried to get the case dismissed for lack of jurisdiction but it was rejected because Yax directed/targeted her alleged defamation into the State where Andreacchio lives. It is scheduled for trial next December.
It is strange how LE is now guilty of the same things he accuses the WTS of- covering up a sex scandal. As has been mentioned by others, even if the prostitutes were of the legal age of consent at the time he engaged with them, it is likely that they were under age at the time they entered the business. It would be equally strange if scammer Lloyd is being scammed. Sanitizing his comment section to allow his viewers to hear only what he has to say is what makes him a scammer. It's also what Dictators do. Our only choice is to do the hard work ourselves, not knowing the outcome, or submit to a Dictator.

Absolutely. But it's also illegal in Croatia, the USA and Thailand. How is he going to deal with that in any court of law? Surely he's likely to incriminate himself?!! Methinks he's getting very poor legal advice.

It looks like an attempt to scare a few people off. He's probably hoping that at least one or two of the recipients will take down their content. If anyone actually posts an apology, it would be a pretty big win for him. And if anyone sends any money in response to the letter, he gets to pocket some easy cash at a detractor's expense.
If he can get at least one or two people to fold without anything more than a badly-written "letter of warning," he can use that to attack the others and build up his claims of, well... I'm not sure he's out to prove he's innocent at this point, he'd just like to strike back at anyone who isn't supporting him.
The proper response, IMO, would be for anyone who receives the letter to find a local lawyer who will provide a free legal consultation (this letter shouldn't take long to address) and then make a video mocking Evans for such a blatantly desperate grift.
The general consensus is that the threats are spineless and no one is giving in, and rightfully so. The saga continues
Please, oh please - everyone who gets one of these letters, issue your own demand letter back to Lloyd demanding twice as much, listing the same reasons.
First, the letter did NOT have his full legal name. It was not signed by anyone. None of us are under Croatian law
