I enumerated the cruel things these elders had said to me and their wives and their best friends and that I found the only way to avoid the cruelty is not to be around the cruel people. If someone slapped me hard in the face at every meeting it would be stupid to stay. They had nothing to say because they knew what they had done.
Why haven't you been to the meetings?

When I was ask years ago why I haven't been to the meetings, I told them I
have been reading the Bible and it has open my eyes, you should read it sometime.
The same answer I told my non-JW family members, why I stopped attending church
service.
