Hey Big T...I also read that botox injections are used to correct the eye twitch, and vitamins like B6, magnesium, and potasium, can help too. It also might be an opthamologic problem...maybe time for glasses old bean!

Thanks to everyone for responding. I've tried the calcium and magnesium and it's working! WOW! I still get a little twitch now and then, but it's about 99% gone. It seems as if I have to take once in the morning and once at night.
So thanks again to everyone for helping me out. You guys are great!

I'm so glad you found something that is working. Whew- I was about to suggest:
Hhhmmmm, scotch tape, a vibrator or an awl. Well actually used all together that might make for an interesting evening, but I don't think it would help with eye twitching!
i don't know if any one has posted this already but... the twichting is caused by a lack of calcium. as calcium leaves your cells tetany occurs. so in order to rectify, take calcium.

This happens to me when I am either not dealing with stress particularly well, or if having flashbacks.
What works? Getting some rest, working through 'issues'.
Hope that's of some help.
tal oops, durn twitch, I meant
Hey thanks! I've been trying magnesium and calcium together and it has reduced the twitching 90% . I'm thinking of doubling up on it and seeing what happens.
Oh no, mine's started now (it's the stress of this place, LOL)
Best be careful at the freedom-fest - peolpe will think we're winking at each other
I used to get that as a kid by eating ice that turned out to have been contaminated by pesticides. No kidding - the ice cooler was in the building where the dust wasmixed and bagged.
Don't mean to raise false fears, but you might want to check if you're getting exposed to a pesticide somehow (sorry, don't recall which one).
